NHS Shared Business Services ran a Healthcare AI Solutions framework with a £750m ceiling in July 2026, and LPP and NHS England are now finalising a dedicated Clinical AI framework — spanning clinical and non-clinical categories and built alongside MHRA and NICE accreditation — expected to launch within the next few months, with pre-market engagement already well underway.
